How about a how-to thread on contributing information? Options

I think it'd be helpful to have a sticky thread that spelled out how to contribute disc information. Something in-depth that described exactly what to put in each field of a contribution ticket. That way, everyone would be on the same page and the quality of the site's info would be much higher.
